Our Mentorship Program connects producers transitioning with experienced organic producers who serve as mentors. These mentors guide them through the transition process and offer valuable insights into their journey in organic production. Virtual and in-person mentorships are available in the Northwest region.
NW TOPP offers a variety of workshops, field days, events, and educational resources to provide technical assistance and training on organic-specific resources and advising. One on one assistance on developing an organic system plan, learning certification requirements, and advice on organic production practices will all be available in the Northwest region.
To foster connections within the organic agricultural community, we will organize conferences, workshops, field days, and events to facilitate networking and collaboration.
NW TOPP provides targeted training and education for the organic workforce, including the entire supply chain. Workforce development is key to our mission.
Sign up for the Northwest TOPP newsletter to receive monthly recaps and opportunities for engagement, education, and more.
